Do you recognise the debt, and when did you last make any payments towards it?

I remember it from years ago but can't recall when or if I made a payment to it, it was that long ago.

If this is the same debt that you asked about back in January, then the same advice still applies if nothing else has changed since then.

It is, nothing has changed. So is it best just to ignore it, been worrying about it all morning.

Yep. Carry on ignoring it unless you get a letter before action. Probably computer generated.

@Bl00m Is it your debt or your Dads?

They will keep writing if you ignore them, the debt is likely statute barred as stated in your other post, if you want to put a stop to all this, just send the statute barred letter to them.

It would be a lot less hassle than having to defend a court claim.
