Kynex Scam (old Sure telecoms)

Unfortunately we are one of the victims of Kynex ones they were known of Sure telecoms.

I had a call from them 3 months ago. They offered me cheaper 02 business mobile deal. I was tied with an another provider, they offered to pay the early termination fee what was the asked by my provider by than. It was around £560 and Kynex promised to pay that with no time. 3 months on now and it is still not paid. I had to pay £560 out of my pocket as the previous provider was taking us to the court. After so many calls and emails I have now being told by Kynex that they could pay that fee in May 2025 in 7 months. 10 months after I signed up with them. They do not give any reason for their action. All I have been told that I can not do anything about it. Is that true?
I also sign for a £31 contract but £113 is taken from my direct debit. If this is not froud what it is?

After I have spoken with OFCOM, I found out that we were completely mis sold. I have been forced to sign for 3 years contract but that is not allowed as we are a small business under 10 employees.

Is there a setup fee / handset fee in the first payment?
Ask for a breakdown of this £113. What does the fine print say re usage?
You could have gone over the set limits you had, hence the extra fees.
You might have been mislead regarding the terms of the contract or it could be as simple as someone using excess WiFi?
Better to check first and confirm with evidence where the issue might be.
May you find your sister soon Helli.

As it is a B2B contract no consumer rights.
What did Ofcom advise to do?

    company kynex.

Im also a victim of this company, with a new very damaged credit file as a result. My contract wasn’t business to business though, I signed as a sole trader under my name not my Ltd company so hoping I can get out of the 3 year tie.

like so many others, I was lied to, promised a handset and what was delivered was SIM cards only.

I was also told to leave a review on trust pilot in exchange for Amazon vouchers.

My buy out fees were not paid out for 7 months which meant my previous provider listed 7 months missed payments on my credit file and now I’m being refused a loan (very much needed for a car since I’m off the road!). My previous provider won’t help repair my credit file since they were not paid their contract buy out fees and now I’m stuck with where to turn.

A cheeper deal was not cheaper I’m stuck paying £108 a month for a sim only 3 year contract unless there’s a way out of it?!
