TESCO Bank email

Hi all,
I have had the following email from Tesco Bank today and have just spent half an hour unsuccessfully trying to contact them. They appear to have closed my online banking account.
This CC account was defaulted over two years ago. How can they be resurrecting interest charges?
Thanks
TG

Have you been paying it off?
Presumably they are wanting to check if the issues from a couple of years ago still apply.0 -
I'd imagine that its a standard email. If does say (if applicable), so if it has defaulted then interest shouldn't be added.1

Thanks both - I had read the email very literally as is my way. Of all my creditors I find TESCO to be the most hard nosed and vicious. They are aware that I have serious Asperger's and am on their "vulnerable" list yet they still send things like this which put me in a tailspin. I sometimes get the feeling that that's their aim.sourcrates said:Generic email, non of your concern as already defaulted.
Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean that they're not out to get me
