Best platform for granfluencers

I need to make some money, but at 76 I'm hesitant about trying to go out and get a job. Now I've heard about granfluencers, older people making money on social media. I realise this is not an easy route to take and it may take some time to earn any money, but I want to give it a go. I signed up for Tiktok last week and started uploading videos, and people were watching them and giving me likes.  Then lo and behold I logged out of my account and Tiktok won't let me back in. I have reported the problem several times with no success, and to be honest I'm getting a bit disillusioned with them. Is there a different social media platform I could try that doesn't have the technical problems that beset Tiktok? Has anyone tried going down this route to earn a bit extra? I have done affiliate marketing in the past and earned about £300 to £400 a month. I imagine building a following on social media and an income stream for granfluencing might be similar. If anyone can help I'd be eternally grateful.

Tiktok, YouTube and Instagram are the usually quoted ones for mainstream content. There are inevitably others for more niche content and the likes of X, Facebook etc that can be harder to monitorize. 

Never had tech issues with TikTok personally. 

Becoming a social media personality and making decent money from it is hard, I'd say harder than affiliate marketing, but those that really do make it probably do more than affiliate marketing (ignoring the Quidcos etc of the world). The MiL has been working on hers for a few years, probably gets about $0.10 per month these days.

I was enjoying Tiktok, but it's no good if I can't login. I've tried reporting the issue but I don't get any reply.

I discovered what the problem was with Tiktok. I created my account using Facebook and Tiktok no longer supports Facebook. They are trying to resolve the problem and until they do I'm permanently locked out of my account. They said I'll just have to wait and see if the problem is resolved.
