What are your thoughts on Secret Santa presents for all adults in the family ( So you just buy 1 gift) then have extra money for children

Comments

  • It would certainly cut costs if you usually give gifts.

However, its unlikely to work with kids - when you've got nothing, more is more! And for adults that don't need anything, its a waste of cash tbh. Its probably better to set aside a small budget and spend it on a stash of Yuletide treats everyone can enjoy.
No man is worth crawling on this earth.

So much to read, so little time.
  • My family started doing this a few years ago and it’s such a hit! Budget £10/15.

I don't buy for many people, we are not a large family.

I hated Secret Santa when I worked.
Almost everything I got given went either in the trash or to a charity shop = a complete waste of time.
I'd rather not get anything at all.
