VIP Very Special Christmas

1. This competition (the “Competition”) is for the chance for VoucherCodes VIP members (“VIPs”) to win a Very Special Christmas with retailer Very during the Promotion Term (as defined below).
2.The chance to enter the Competition runs from 00:00 on Monday 18th November 2024 until 23:59 on Sunday 24th November 2024 (the “Promotion Term”). 
3. Entrants must explain why they believe they deserve to win a Very Special Christmas. Word limit is suggested to be - but not restricted to - 30 words.
4. The Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. Entrants must be a VoucherCodes VIP member to take part in the Competition.
5. Each VIP is only eligible to enter into the Competition once throughout the Promotion Term.
6. The Draw is not open to any employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize.
7. There will be one (1) winner, selected from all VIPs who have successfully entered the Competition during the Promotion Term. 9. In the event that one or more of the above products is unavailable or out of stock, the Promoter and/or Very reserve the right to select alternative, similar prizes of equal or greater value.
10. The winner will be selected by Wednesday 4th December 2024 and will be sent an email to confirm their prize and address details within seven (7) days.
11. No cash alternative will be offered or given.
12. The Competition may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the Promoter’s discretion.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept any entries the Promoter deems, at its sole discretion, not to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If any element of an entry breaches these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter has the right to reject the whole entry.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Competition or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs or expenses not specifically referred to above, but which may be incurred by the winner in the acceptance of their Prize.
16. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final.
17. Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Notice at www.vouchercodes.co.uk/legal/privacy-notice
18. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname of the winner to anyone who emails vipsupport@vouchercodes.co.uk within one (1) month after the winners’ selection date. If you object to any or all of your surname and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales (Venue in London) and the courts of England and Wales (Venue in London) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
20. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
