Like it says in the title.
I thought that board was for competitions which start in December and run daily.
There is at least one competition where you need to enter now to be in the draws running up to Christmas. A daily competition which has already started and one where the first prize date has already passed.

Should these be on the main board? Leaving the advent board for just daily advents?
Obviously not wanting to criticise anybody who has posted competitions there just thinking some people might miss out.

I posted in here a couple weeks ago and asked similar when i posted an advent that finished before December started but didn't really get anywhere so left it on the advent board1 -
What get calls an "advent" varies depending on the sites that are running them - so while the ideal should be a real prize a day 1 to 24 or 25 Dec some self titled ones are done by the start of Dec, others end mid Dec while some only start then - number of days of real prizes also varies considerably.2

Personally I think they are best in the Advent board - I would have thought that those of us who do the Advents have already been checking that board for awhile now? Just my opinion 🙂4

Thank you for the comments.
I just realised it used to be easier to see when the Advents started as that was a sub board you could see from the standard comp board.
Maybe have open now or enter now in the title?

I like them in the advent board, it helps me keep track.
If it's regular, Christmas 'advent' themed and multiple prizes. If it isn't for me I'll cross it off.
I will do what I did the last few years and it worked well for me...
Add them to a spreadsheet with the link to their posts direct to the forum,
Update them as I go through them daily,
I then will be able to strikethrough them or grey them out once they close or I decide it isn't for me. Then I move them to the bottom of the list too move them out of the way but leave them there so I know.
I will order them properly when I get a chance and I haven't checked the last few days, but I usually get a good rhythm going.
I also know when next to check them too, time & date. [Once I've filled it in correctly]
I just hope Petplan do their's again this year, I love theirs and often myself and/or friends/family win something too!
Good luck those adventing however you choose to do it 😁Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.5 -
