hi, i have a window vac from lidl which for £20 is super.  however, i have kitchen counter space issues with jars on the window sills which means i need to vacuum the windows behind the jars from above downward.  is there a window vac powerful enough to suction the water while upside down?
thank you for any tips

I'd be worried about smashing the jars and would remove them before starting.  And then wiping the sill before returning the jars.  But maybe that's just me being clumsy.

I think they all leak if used upside down.  I'm with @Brie - remove the jars before vaccing the windows and wipe the sill as it's likely to get wet anyway!

You might also want to check that the window sill is dry.. Found out ours today after 1st frost, that sill was soaking wet, as it had dripped down window frame..

  • thank you all.
if you have double glazing, do you still have to contend with this window condensation on the cold mornings?

I have double glazing.  In cold weather I get a line of condensation across the bottom of the windows.
