Has anyone returned an electrical item to Lidl recently? I seem to remember their guarantee was longer than a year, but that may have changed. Their website says 1 year and 36 months in the same sentence, so not very helpful!
Our salter air fryer has stopped working and it is just under 2 years old.
Thank you

    The website says:

    What is Lidl's refund policy?

    Faulty Non Food Items:
    Within 36 months of purchase:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a non food item purchased at one of our stores, you may return the item within one year of purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase to one of our stores, for a replacement (where available) or a full refund.

I take that to mean that during the first year you can simply take it back to the shop, but if it is older than that you have to contact their Customer Care Team who I believe will send you a postage label to return it to a depot.
  • Thanks for your reply. I’ll give the customer care team a go 👍
