Hi I've been signed off from work for 4 months I have 3 months left but I'm only receiving SSP is there anything I can do to get more money .

Depending on any savings and if you have a partner you might be eligible for Universal CreditLost my soulmate so life is empty.

If you have any accrued but unused holiday allowance you can ask your employer if you could pause your SSP and be paid holiday pay instead for a week or 2 and then SSP kicks back in again at the end of the holiday period.
Don't forget you still accrue holiday while you are on sick leave.
