The peoples postcode lottery

So I was wondering.... all the tv adverts for the PPL it seems never show anyone who lives in a council estate, the houses/streets they show always seem to look like bought houses/new housing schemes. Does any postcodes that are council housing estates ever win?

Its a mix of housing, you can check here for winning postcodes. Aspirational advertising. Showing nice places that a lot of people would like to live in so they buy in to the lottery to improve their lot in life.
