Trying to take pension pot, 55+
Comments

Right, next development.
Wtw, through the trustee, have offered 1/3 of the pension 'pot' as a good will gesture, although i can't touch the other 2/3s. The other 2/3s comes in just above their 30k limit, so I still require FCA approved advice to take the remaining 'pot'.
I've a complaint with ombudsman, is there anything else?0 -
I guess a third as opposed to a quarter is a concession.t18con said:Right, next development.

They are following the regulations applicable to pension schemes, there';s nothing else to do and going tothe Ombudsman is unfortunately just a waste of everyones time.0 -
