5. Any entry or claim that does not comply with the limitations in the terms and conditions will be discarded and where a prize has been awarded it will be lost and placed in the wrap up draw after the close of the promotion.

6. There are 1,250 Guinness Christmas Jumpers available to be won. Winners will be notified immediately on screen.

7. There will be 37 Guinness Christmas Jumpers available to be won each day allocated randomly across the whole promotional period.

8. Each winner will receive a Guinness Christmas Jumper. Winners will find out instantly on screen if they have won a Guinness Christmas Jumper. Winners will be required to claim their Guinness Christmas Jumper by completing the online claim form with their first name, last name, postal address and select which size they prefer. We will endeavour to provide the jumper size selected however where the selected Guinness Christmas Jumper size is unavailable you will receive the next available size. Winners that do not claim their Guinness Christmas Jumper instantly online will forfeit their prize and the prize will be placed into the wrap up draw.

9. There are 4 sizes available (S, M, L or XL) and sizes are subject to availability. Where the Guinness Christmas Jumper size is unavailable, you will be able to select an alternative size.
