CRS keep texting me for Three Broadband which I stopped. Do I Pay?

A few months ago I got broadband from EE and therefore terminated my 4G Router from Three which was on a rolling monthly contract. I know you are supposed to give 30 days notice but I literally could not find any correspondance for them or how to contact them so I just cancelled the DD with my bank.
I expected Three to perhaps write to me and want their last month (aout £30) which wouldn't be an issue, but I have heard nothing form them, instead I'm being pestered by CRS on an almost daily basis by text message only, it gives me a link to pay the thing is, I don't know who CRS are and if this is legitimate. Furthermore the amounts keep changing, first it was £60.03 they wanted now it's £44.58...
There texts do say my credit file could be affected if I don't pay which I definitely don't want especially for such a nominal amount - but I also don't want to be scammed and still have the debt with three potentially.... Could anyone clarify if I pay these people or wait for Three to write to me which is what I expected.
Saw some CRS things after searching but nothing that matches this situation.
Thanks for any advice.

why not call 3?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Cancelling your DD does not end your contract so yes you will owe them money as you haven't given notice.
As above you need to speak to Three to sort this out.1 -
Cancelling your DD to 3 only cancels the DD, not your contract.
CRS are a debt collection company, one of many used by the mobile networks to collect bad debts.
3 will have just sent your account to CRS when payments stopped, they don`t like the niceties of writing letters to you, unfortunately their customer service, like that of most network providers, is abysmal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
