however one quote came nearly £4K more , that cames with 18 Aiko
AIKO-A455-MAH54Mb/2S panels

other came under £10 same battery same hybrid inverter just 16
JinKO Tiger Neo
JKM435N-54HL4R-B panels and

another with 18 DMEGC 450w Bifacial Module with Double Glass solar panels

my roof has notgit any shade

Can't really advise, but just to say that those 3 panel types are roughly the same size and cost. So if there is roof space for 18 (v's 16) then the other two companies may well offer 18 at a small price increase (say ~£100 per panel*), or even for the same price already quoted.

*£100 to cover the panel, extra rail length, mounts, and clips.

There is a negligible wholesale cost difference between all 3 brands (~£20 per panel) - it's clear to me that you are being upsold. That said, I would not recommend any of the 3 brands you have been quoted.

    The brands I do recommend are : Solarwatt/ Sunpower/ AEG/ Meyer Burger/ REA/ REC/ Panasonic/ Hyundai/ Sharp/ Eurener.

It's getting harder to find installers offering them because of the cheap Chinese panel brands flooding the UK market but they're still out there. For perspective, one of the installers I use to help others offer the following Sharp/ GivEnergy system for £8.5K fully fitted.

16 x 430w Sharp Solar black panels 25/30 year guarantee

      1 x GivEnergy 5 kW Gen 3 Hybrid inverter 12-year warranty

      1 x GivEnergy 9.5 kW Gen 3 Battery (just launched) 12-year warranty

Bird Protection, 10 year workmanship warranty and G99 Certificates all included.

    -  10 x 400w LG + 6 x 550W SHARP BiFacial Panels + SE 3680 HD Wave Inverter + SE Optimizers. SE London.
    -  Triple aspect. (22% ENE/ 33% SSE/ 45% WSW)
    -  Viessmann 200-W on Advanced Weather Comp. (the most efficient gas boiler sold)
