In most cases when a debt is sold the original lender stops reporting on it, or removes the information altogether.
Lowell will likely start reporting it, as long as the default date is the same, all is well.

Thanks. Should I contact to start payments or hold of to see when on credit report
just worried not actually defaulted
took a long time for all cards to be defaulted so want it right0 -
Mine was the same. The Virgin entry disappeared with no mention of a default, and about three months later it showed up again as Intrum with a default date.
It sounds like it has defaulted, but if you want to be completely sure there is no harm waiting.0
