One of my debts has been passed on to ARC Europe, but they do not own the debt. I have set up a monthly standing order, but I have been asked to complete a financial statement. Do I need to do this?

You dont have to, but sometimes it can be easier to spend a few minutes doing one to keep them off your back. It doesn't have to be true, just something to keep them quiet. Start with the figure you want to pay them and work backwards to create a budget that fits.0
