Better formally trussle

I’ve used these guys for my mortgage application that was submitted 4 weeks today. I wondered if anyone else had used them, I’m seriously started to think the length of my application is down to them. Delays in requesting and submitting documents, requesting documents from myself that I’ve already submitted to them. I’m becoming seriously frustrated. They often don’t respond to communication. Can I just close my application and find another broker or will this damage my credit file? I’m stumped as to what to do now.

Ask them about their complaints procedure. It might give them a kick up the backside. You dont necessarily have to make a complaint. But its probably easier for them to carry on with your application than start afresh.

Did this in writing, email ignored again. Spoken to Skipton and they requested a document on the 5th, and was only sent yesterday. Won’t be using them again in a hurry!
