Bank of Ireland 60% LTVs suddenly not available

We have a buy-to-let with Bank of Ireland and I've been tracking on and off their 60% LTVs. Now that it is getting closer to my mortgage needing selected the 60% LTVs have disappeared, and this has been for at least a fortnight. I have rung them and they just said they don't know when they will be back, and this affecting btls and residential mortgages!? Now I'm in  predicament of either waiting for it either to hopefully appear or changing my provider (a hassle I don't need).

Is this affecting anyone else?
