yes it's on my credit report as the same debt, think they have the payment history wrong

The errors are in your favour as it will drop off sooner than it would have with the correct default date, so not a reason to complain!

even though the default date is 2023 not 2022 on the account history/information?

Can you clarify, which of the "account information" or the "payment history" is what actually happened and which is what is showing on your credit reports?

Both are showing on my credit reports. account information is correct, emails show I opened the account in March 2022.
