I suspect this is is not a flexible job: they don't yet know how many staff they need, but once students register, they need enough staff to meet all their needs. They will genuinely incur costs: reference and DBS checks.Signature removed for peace of mind1 -

Do incur costs just dbs and reference checks di max £200. Ok not thousands so I won't worry.
