oh Martin, Martin, Martin, we want to know about the engagement ring not a bag of crisps
:kisses2:0 -
I have to say, I have just sampled these and it's true they are a-m-a-z-i-n-g!
As for the other thing, have a look here!

mmmmm they sound lovely.
Now I'm a crisp addict which is mainly how I ended up at over 20stone and I love Lays crisps, they are a nicer texture than Walkers, which are NEVER my crisp of choice as personally I find them a little thick.
My all time favourites are Smiths Cheese and Onion but since they were taken over by Walkers they have been chased out of the shops by the evil empire of Gary Linaker.
OK I sound VERY VERY sad now. Just an addendum to say that I havn't actually eaten a single crisp since mid September when I started Lighterlife - not very money saving at £66 per week but I've lost close to 5 stone already! The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j0 -
Oh give me chocolate any day of the week!0

Kathryn, I love crisps too... so I very much admire you giving them up - and congrats on the fantastic result. Five stone. WOW!

Well Martin, I love crisps but have to admit that I am probably the most boring crisp eater. I only ever eat Walkers ready salted. However if there was a 'free sample' of these new ones I would definately try them.0

They sound lovely. I hope they will be available in the shops soon - in the meantime I can recommend the following (ahem! ) recipes....
1 pack cheese and onion
1 pack salt and vinegar.
Mix in one of the bags (you have to eat some from each bag first to make sure you have enough room). Combine crisps in bag and squash then shake. Delish!!!
Alternatively try sprinkling picked onion vinegar on cheese and onion crisps, shake bag and eat!! (Bit soggy but nice all the same - be careful sprinkling vinegar from jar if you are a novice - can end up with WAY too much!)
If you are feeling posh you can use Balsamic Vinegar but it isn't as nice!!
Happy New Year to all crisp addicts. :j:rotfl: :rotfl:
Quite keen moneysaver......0 -

Walkers Sensations Caramelised Onion & Sweet Balsamic Vinegar are the ones you want, had some myself, very nice but I prefer the Thai Sweet Chilli ones. That gum you like is coming back in style.0

A northern crisp manufacturer called Seabrooks does a large range of crisps including the very wonderful Roast Garlic. But the only shop I've been able to buy this crispy potato taste sensation was in Beverley...0
