Can I claim money from Delivery Insurance If Buyer Demands a Refund for False Reasons?

Im in the process of selling my playstation on eBay, however I am concerned by dodgy buyers trying to claim money back (the reason I am selling a perfectly functioning PS5 is because I have an order for a PS5 pro, thus no longer need it as all my friends and family have PS5s or dont game :( and want to sell it to cover some of the costs of the annoyingly overpriced PS5 Pro ).
If god forbid a buyer makes a false claim, or the PS5 gets damaged in transit, could I claim money back from the delivery people?

If it gets damaged in transit you can, as long as you adequately packaged it and electronic gadgets arent explicitly excluded.

Not sure why you think the delivery people would be liable if the buyer makes the accusation that you send them 2 bricks rather than a playstation?
  • Maybe avoid selling on EBay and use something like Facebook marketplace to advertise it, so no courier service or risk of damage.
