After years of entering competitions, I’ve finally won something substantial!

I was lucky enough to win the McVities / Heart Radio competition for the ultimate tech and gaming bundle. Here’s what arrived:

• Meta Quest spare battery
• NEBULA Capsule Air Ultra Portable Projector
• Dyson OnTrac Headphones
• £100 Meta Quest e-gift voucher for games

Based on current Curry’s prices, the prize haul totals £1,455 — not bad at all! Of course, I’m now on a six-month Global Radio competition ban, but I can live with that.

The Meta Quest is seriously good fun, by the way. I’d more or less stepped away from gaming over the past couple of years, but this has pulled me right back in.
