Just looking for some advice really. A couple of weeks before Christmas I bought an inflatable snow dome which I think has a snowman and a snow scene which lights up inside it. Its plugged into the mains so inflates when the power comes on and is staked into the ground. Last night I noticed that the holes were the stakes go through have ripped so it will not stay stood up.
I havent got the receipt but do have a copy of my bank statement showing when and where I bought it from. It wasnt cheap, £39.99 reduced from £99.99 so am really disappointed as i was hoping it would last a few years. I am building my collection up by making a few purchases every year.
Do you think I should return it for an exchange or a refund?
All ideas welcome.
Thanks

Hi,
Personally I'd ask for a refund because if you get a replacement the same thing is likely to happen again (in my humble opinion).
The statement should be as good as a receipt.

Yes definitely take it back. I just got back from Asda and saw a lady at customer services returning the exact same item, wasn't you was it lol?
If an item is unfit for purpose then you should get your cash back0
