Options
Hi
please can I get some advice on what to do next?
I have put in the right to buy on my property and now I have my valuation back I have contacted a mortgage adviser but they can not offer me a mortgage as I have adverse credit on my credit report.
Is it impossible to get a mortgage with adverse credit?

With defaults over 5 years old, it should be possible.

Try a couple more brokers. It might just be that the adviser you spoke to is not experienced with adverse.
