Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 6th November 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 3rd December 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions: During the Promotional Period:
a. Purchase a qualifying product in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com during the Promotional Period;

b. Text POPTARTS or POPTARTS1 or POPTARTS7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on 3rd December 2024; and

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry during the Promotional Period. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload. Please retain receipt.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period (1 text & receipt = 1 entry).

For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. A mobile phone number can only be used by one person, and it cannot be shared within a household. A receipt can only be used once per household. A receipt cannot be shared amongst entrants. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant(s) using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and/or sharing receipts to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or
household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prize:
a. There is 1 prize, consisting of a 2-night trip to Paris, France for 2 adults (aged 18+). Prize includes:

- return economy flights from any UK airport operating direct flights to Paris, on a hand luggage basis only, (including ONE small cabin bag which must fit under the seat in front of you (max 45 x 36 x 20 cm including any handles and wheels) and ONE large cabin bag, which must fit in the overhead locker (max 56 X 45 X 25cm including any handles and wheels);
- return private transfers from Paris airport to hotel;
- 2 nights’ 4* hotel accommodation, sharing a double/twin standard room;
- daily breakfast;
- £300 spending money;
- tickets to an art exhibition;
- tickets to an art museum;
- champagne afternoon tea on 1 x day.

Winner and guest must travel together in both directions. Organising valid passports is the responsibility of the winner and their guest, and prize excludes any visas. Prize also excludes domestic travel, travel insurance and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

A valid credit or debit card may be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.

Art exhibition, art museum and champagne afternoon tea locations will be pre-selected by Supplier.

£300 spending money will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account in winner’s name.

Prize must be booked and taken by 3rd December 2025. Travel is subject to availability and excludes over 22nd December 2024 – 4th January 2025, 18th – 21st April 2025, 5th May 2025, 26th May 2025, 25th August 2025.

Winner will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.
