in Cutting tax
Hey,
I am a software engineer and I have built a trading bot that sells / buys crypto products quite rapidly and frequently.
I recently learned this might be considered "trading" and earnings might be taxed at income rate instead of CGT rate.
This is on track to produce > 200K GBP a year.
I currently have no other employees, only a cloud compute bill.
Is there a recommended structure that is tax efficient? Just a UK company?
Is there a benefit to incorporate off-shore? I'm considering taking a year long relocation to a tax friendlier location, but will return to the UK afterwards.
Thank you

With turnover (if that's what it actually is) in excess of £200k paid for professional advice is the right place to be.

Thank you
as above pay for comprehensive advice based on telling the person your full circumstances, not a few snippets on a forum post1
