To update the thread I sent an email back in November querying the payment and requesting I be registered as PoA but have heard nothing from SW, not even acknowledgement of the PoAScotbot said:The change occurred when the payments started being paid by Scottish Widows which makes me think/ hope it is an error. I will update the thread when I find out
Today my mother gave me a payment notice which showed the payment had gone back up to £250. On checking the last 3 payments have been at that level. No word from SW although it is possible they sent something to my mother and she forgot to show me.
So looks like it was an error.0
