If the limit on that card is say £3k, you could shuffle say 1.4k off a 26% card over time. Doesn't reduce you debt but does reduce what you pay back.

OK, so you need to identify those costs you can pay on the cheaper card rather directly from your bank account, and then repay the same value to higher rate card.
