Leeds Building Society Mortgage Process

Hello!
I have applied as a FTB for a mortgage with Leeds Building Society, on a house that were purchasing via a shared ownership scheme. I applied on Friday of last week (25/10/2024), today I’ve been told by my broker & estate agent that they’ve booked a valuation for 5/11/2024.
Does this indicate in anyway the early stages of my mortgage application looking good?
Also, how long am I expected to wait before I get an answer from them?
