Pension forecast no longer visible

I paid 2 years voluntary NI contributions 2 weeks ago by bank transfer. Since then I have not been able to see my state pension forecast in the HMRC app or my Gateway account. It just says 'sorry there is a problem'. Has anyone yelse experienced this ? How did you resolve it ? Many thanks Iain Wright

    I put in an "online support request" and eventually got the reply below.

    There is a technical issue on your online account that needs fixing.

    We have assigned your query to the appropriate team who will reply as soon as possible. This can take up to 8-10 weeks however it is usually resolved sooner.
