What are you trying to achieve? All those named on the deeds need to be on the mortgage, but you can have more people on the mortgage than the deeds. If you only want to look at the income of one or two people and others will live in the property you can have the others named as occupiers without them going on the deeds.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
