    Not sure if any bus services offer the option to pre-pay so you can get your future journeys at the current rate, a bit like buying stamps before the prices go up?

    I guess that only applies to areas that do not have a regional Mayor.
    In West Yorkshire, the £2 limit stays until March 2025, hopefully new funding will be found and a new limit will be set then.
    I assume that means that the Mayors fund their own regional transport policies, it makes it all rather complicated.
