Spending Nectar points at Sainsburys online

I am one of many who can't get my Sainburys account to link to my Nectar account in order to spend my Nectar points. I used to spend them regularly. I haven't been able to for months. Getting nowhere with Sainsbury's help. Has anyone managed to get a fix when they've experienced this?
I know they know it's a known issue and are allegedly working on a fix. This bug is bugging me.

  • Did you you get anywhere with this issue? I’m having this same issue after points were stolen and new card sent, I am being pushed from one to the other and nobody and I mean nobody will help

    Spent so long on online chat and on the phone
    I keep being told its sorted but when I try to spend my points I am unable to

    Thought I had solved my problem Been sent a new nectar card with new number 
    Trying to do online shop - previous orders all showing Points all correct but when I try to book slot for click and collect of home delivery ( which I do often) the timetable with slots comes up for a second and disappears Any advice please

    Yes, same problem here. It's very frustrating and I would love to know how to fix it!
