Kent reliance mortgages

Just submitted our application to Kent reliance, but so worried, the bank had reported incorrect information to my credit file which showed 6 months areas, this isn’t the case and I have had a written letter from the bank stating it was their error and my account is up to date with no missed payments, because of this, when our application was put in they instructed the valuation but then cancelled the valuation… then asked for the letter to prove this wasn’t my error of missed payments. I’m so anxious while waiting. Does anyone have any experience with Kent reliance?
