I'd have thought mortgages are all on a straight affordability metric, irrespective of the job someone has.
Commission isn't guaranteed.0 -

Commission might not be counted, as it is not guaranteed, very much like overtime often is not.Life in the slow lane0 -
Might be better asking on the Mortgages board.0

I think the issue is that cabin crew have irregular earnings. They are paid for each hour they spend in the air, not paid for time waiting during delays, and in some months they are offered more flights than in others.

Generally speaking a lot of lenders will accept the added extras or at least a portion of them. It really comes down to what you have to evidence the income. If you have 3 months payslips, that will open up some lenders. If you have a P60 and 6 months payslips, that might open up more options.
Speak to a broker but this should be relatively straight forward depending on how much of your extra pay is needed.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
