Anyone had trouble claiming prize from the Vegetarian Society?

I won a prize and was emailed in early October. (Though the comp ended in June!)
I replied promptly with my address as requested and haven't been able to get a reply or response.
I can't DM them on twitter so don't know how else to check.
Since it ended in June and they took this long to contact a winner I guess I have no choice but to keep waiting...

There are several ways to contact them listed at the bottom of their web page.

They use Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (which you have already tried), also there is a 'contact us' option.
