Want to borrow 10k, along with rate switch on existing account, along with change term to then get balance all into one account and pay one fee of £999 for a 5 year fix..,...

Additional 10k of borrowing will most likely be in a seperate sub account. Home improvement loan rates tend to be at higher rates than those for property purchase.0

Its the same rates as mortgages....and if you change a term...they combine the accounts....0
