Self assessment e-mail

I just got an e-Mail from HMRC reminding me there are 100 days left for to file my self assessment return.
Not sure if this is a regular e-Mail and others have received it?
I definitely wasn’t expecting to complete a self assessment and indeed I’ve had notification of my tax calc for FY25 from HMRC online. I did complete an SA 3 years ago when I was made redundant but since then I had notice I wasn’t required to complete an SA any more.
So whilst I’m minded to ignore this mail and assume is a glitch I don’t want to have any bother further down the line. Should I be concerned?

look on your online tax account and check if there is an expected return0

I stopped doing self assessments and notified HMRC and got an acknowledgment type letter then a little later I got another self assessment letter. I sent them a copy of their earlier letter and got a further confirmation that I didn’t need to complete a self assessment. Perhaps try the chat bot before 10 am. Type adviser until they put you through to a human and get confirmation you don’t need to do a self assessment.0

I received that email also. Problem is that I completed my Tax Return 2-3 months ago, which they acknowledged, so I'm just ignoring it,0
