Dissolved company charging order

I have a charging order on my property for £2666 There is no named liquidator to contact and the company is dissolved.
I applied to the court to have they charge removed they have sated they can not because it has not been settled I need to contact land registry who have stated they also cannot as it has not been settled. I have provided the original companies house dissolution certificate etc but no joy.
How can I pay when I have no one to pay? And there is no one who can have a legal claim.
I am baffled any ideas?
