Old CCJ settlement discussion breaks down, what happens next?

I phoned the current owners of 2 unsatisfied CCJs from over 10 years ago hoping to settle at 10%. I had not heard from these people for several years. I have not made payments for over 10 years, if at all since the CCJ was issued as I had no income at the time. My offers of 10% were refused. I can understand that.
I need to come back with more money which is not possible right now due to my financial obligations. I have not made any payments to either in over 10 years. I did contact them however. They are continuing to contact me now asking what I am going to do about these debts.
My thoughts are to offer one of the two 20%, and see if I can get rid of one.
The debt holders need to go back to court I understand, before I can be forced to pay anything. Will I have the chance to raise an objection in these proceedings? Can I ask for a copy of the Consumer Credit agreement or is that pointless once a CCJ has been issued?
Tactics, and an explanation of what the debtors options are going forward would be appreciated.

The debts are dead in the water, they have 6 years to enforce CCJ`s, after that special permission form the court is needed, and they must apply before the six years expire, so after 10 years, there is nothing they can do now, I`d stop talking to them if I were you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. They should have accepted your offer.
They will now get nothing.
