Hello, having posted a health cheap Kefir post a few days ago, I checked back a few days later to see if anyone asked for any help and noticed the post was deleted yet there was no notification or communication from any moderator so am wondering why it was deleted and if this has happened to anyone else and no I didnt delete the post myself - it shows up in Goggle and Bing search engines at least the title and part of the post so don't know why it wpuld have been deleted?, any help Thanks

Without seeing the former post no one will be able to say. This forum is ultimately for individuals to post about their personal issues and for other individuals to express their opinions. Some may post in such a way that it sounds like a business posting spam because they refer to themselves in the third person or dont actually ask a question etc. Companies are allowed to post but they must first message the management and be documented as a formal representative.

There was no business links or any kind of selling only Kefir common sense helping, realize more now that there bad actors  that will try to stop other people from even having basic knowledge
