After foolishly doing a very long 180 min survey split into 3 60 minute parts. The survey glitched at 40 minutes into the second part. And unable to re-enter it again, only start from scratch! Did a complaint via their app with screenshots. Had one reply back asking where was I when completing the survey! Replied and no response since. And that’s 13 days ago. You can’t add to the currently showing “in progress” query. So can only put in a new complaint or wait! Any suggestions apart from never going for long surveys again! Lesson learnt!

That's the reason why I never complete any of their extra long surveys. It happens too often that you fail to complete them, and not get paid.
I would submit a new complaint, if possible, reference the initial complaint. Usually they respond quite quickly.

20 mins is the longest survey I will attempt for any site and pay has to be around £4 for that, I use Maximiles but never for their surveys which are down near the bottom of the pile along with Swagbucks0

They never got back to me so lesson learnt never do their surveys over the 5 minute ones!0
