Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2.com, Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2 plc or any other companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.

This prize is for 2 pairs of return flights to either Salzburg (SZG), Chambery (CMF), Turin (TRN), Geneva (GVA) or Innsbruck (INN) from Edinburgh.

The prize must be booked by 31/12/2024 and taken by 30/04/2025. If the prize is not claimed by the redemption date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2.com reserves the right to award the prize to another randomly selected entry.

The prize is subject to Jet2.com's terms and conditions which can be found at www.jet2.com/terms ("Terms and Conditions").  In the event of any discrepancies these prize draw terms and conditions shall take precedence.

One item of checked baggage up to 22kg and one item of hand luggage up to 10kg is included per person. No optional flight/ board/ accommodation/ transfer supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.  Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.

Each flight prize must be taken by the prize winner (who must be over the age of 18) along with their selected travel companions, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the applicable prize details. Flights must be taken at the same time from the same airport as specified above.

Flights are subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank/School Holidays. A full list of restricted dates are available at: www.jet2.com/promotions. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.

  Jet2.com reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to offer an alternative flight at any time to the equivalent prize value.  

Flights may be changed or cancelled by Jet2.com for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that Jet2.com’s schedules are not guaranteed.  

Flights may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Once you have booked your flight[s], you cannot change the booking.

All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.  

12. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2.com privacy policy (see http://www.jet2.com/privacy).

When entering the Prize Draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2.com. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2.com for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2.com).

Where Jet2.com makes any changes to the flights, including dates of travel, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2.com will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage entrants or passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2.com in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2.com's negligence or for fraud.

These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
