Cca and physical copy v online agreement

To comply with cca do they need physical agreement (in paper signed) or is an online copy ok? Do the tick box count as signature or do they need your actual signature? Would it be enforceable if they produce an online agreement not physical apart agreement ?

It depends on when and where your agreement was signed.

Most are now digitally signed, so screenshots of that digital agreement would be needed.

On the other hand if you originally signed a paper agreement, then a physical copy would be required.

There is no requirement for the agreement, either paper or digital, to be a signed copy.
