Compensation for nominee pass?

My husband works for Metroline and is entitled to a TfL nominee pass as an employee benefit. There has been a delay (months) delay in getting a replacement - what compensation can he claim?

well a starting point would be how much he's spent on TFL travel while waiting for the replacement card

Depends on the reason(s) for needing a replacement and the reason(s) for the delay - and also what the terms of the nominee pass are. Suggest he checks direct with Metroline, but as he won't have lost out financially (given this is a nominee pass, rather than for his own use), it's unlikely he can claim any compensation.
