Hi. A few of the debts are starting to default. PayPal has already defaulted (can see on credit report) but I have not been contacted yet, apart from the usual daily calls I am getting. Should you wait for someone to get in contact or should I just contact them to start making a payment?
Said this 1000 times before, but it still applies, nothing moves very fast in the debt collection world, it may seem important to you, but to them its just another defaulted debt.

They will all decide individually what to do with your accounts and in a few weeks or so you will be written to by whoever has your debts at that time.

Just wait and go with the flow.

Hold fire on everything.  You need emergency fund then defaults.  After that you can think about DMP repayments. As @sourcrates says debt recovery is slow and you  need the process to carry through.
