Being sucked into the black hole of debt

No spare tins of tuna, but yours is the sort of situation we see all the time on debt free wannabe
Do a new post over there.
And in the meantime the best thing you can do is nothing1 -
I agree - get over to the debt free board and fill in a SOA (top stickies) and post it there for practical budgeting advice. The amount of debt is relatively small compared to some we have seen (or had ourselves) so there's a lot of good knowledge.
I also agree with applying for benefits. Citizen's Advice can help with that. And if you want to talk about face to face debt advice look at the Community Money Advice website. They might have a adviser near you or perhaps you can use their hub service instead. There's a bit more leeway for dealing with self employed at some centres.

Bailiffs? what kind of debts are they? are you certain they are bailiffs, because the scenario would have to have been, creditor takes you to court, granted CCJ, you failed to pay the debt, so creditors engaged a bailiff, is that the case? or are they just debt collectors?
Do you also owe council tax, is that what the bailiff is collecting?

StepChange don't offer help to the self employed, Business Debt Line only offer help to businesses.

@Poire if you got a loan to cover your debts, but you have no/very limited income, how would you repay the loan?
The only way to get yourself out of this hole is to either reduce your expenditure (and it sounds like you've done this) or to increase your income, either through your own self employment or by working for someone else. There isn't really another magic third way*.
*Obviously a lottery win, or an unexpected inheritance etc. might materialise, but I'd not be relying on those.1
