NHS Pension problems and timescales to resolve

Hi all,
Was due to get the 2015 element of my NHS pension last year. First payment arrived and it was well below the figure shown on "My Rewards" statement.
I contacted NHS pensions, and within a couple of weeks I had a reply confirming an error, (missing years), and it would be resolved.
3 monthe later I called them to find out what was happening to be told "we can't give you a time scale as to when this will be corrected".
After 7 months I put in an official complaint requesting a time scale, what the correct amount would be, and what level of interest would be paid on the missing funds to date. This was acknowledged and they would reply within 40 days.
after 60 days after nothing had be heard I contacted them by phone to again be advised "we can't give you a time scale"?
So, after almost 12 months of being underpaid I still do not have any answers.
Just wondering if anybody else has experieinced problems and how long did it take to resolve. Also who do I raise a complaint with once I have exhausted the NHS penion complaints process?
Many thanks for reading and for any help.

NHSBSA are hopeless. You have given them sufficient time to resolve and they haven't replied to your complaint within their own timescale. I ended going to the Ombudsman and they not only resolved the issue they awarded me £3k compensation. It will take more time so you may want to contact NHSBSA and give them 7 days notice of your intention to go to the Ombudsman if they don't resolve the issue1
